Case Study #1
On the morning of Friday January 22, 2010 All-Guard’s monitoring center received a panic signal from a home in Northern California. As is policy, All-Guard's central station operators called the local police department and dispatched them to the home.
After we had already dispatched the police, the home owner called and requested we cancel the alarm. While trying to verify the password, our employee heard yelling in the background. The wife was yelling not to cancel the alarm, because her husband was assaulting her.
Our highly trained monitoring center operator called the police and informed them of the situation. Shortly after our second call to the police, they confirmed their arrival to the scene.
Case Study #2
In April 2010, we received an early morning signal from a motion detector at a restaurant in Vacaville, California. Within two minutes we called the restaurant, called the primary contact and dispatched the police.
When the police arrived at the scene they reported that the front door was broken in.
Although the criminals bypassed the door sensor by breaking the door down, he motion detector caught them as soon as they entered the building. The criminals must have fled as soon as they heard the alarm because nothing was missing when the restaurant owner arrived at the scene.
Case Study #3
Late one evening in the winter of 2010, All-Guard received an emergency signal from a middle school we protect. Our highly trained operators immediately dispatched emergency personnel and the the primary contact for the school.
When the fire department arrived on scene there was smoke and flames coming from the roof of the building. Fire fighters immediately forced entry into the building and put the fire out.
Due to the security system and All-Guard's 24/7 monitoring center, property loss was minimized and students were able to attend class the next day.
