All-Guard Residential Guarantees90-Day SatisfactionAll-Guard takes great pride in delivering reliable products, unmatched customer service, and expert craftsmanship in every installation. If you are not satisfied with your All-Guard home security system during the first 90-days after purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the system. Customer Satisfaction SurveysAfter every installation and service appointment All-Guard surveys our customers to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. If a customer is not fully satisfied, we will do everything reasonably possible to remedy their concerns. One-Year WarrantyFor one year after All-Guard installs your home security system, we will repair and service your security system due to normal wear and tear (excluding battery replacement) at no charge to you. Service appointments will be scheduled during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Relocation GuaranteeGrowing families, employment relocation, or just a change of scenery, All-Guard recognizes that flexibility is a great advantage. If you move within our service area after two or more years of owning a monitored All-Guard home security system, All-Guard will provide you with our Special Mover’s Package. The Special Mover’s Package includes a FREE basic security system and a 10% discount off additional upgrades at your new location. Certain restrictions may apply including: the customer must be in good standing and not have a past due All-Guard account, the balance of the customer’s current monitoring agreement will be added to the new agreement, and additional upgrade discount not to exceed $100. Insurance CertificatesMany insurance companies offer premium discounts after the installation of a monitored home security and/or fire system. Upon request, All-Guard will provide you with a Certificate of Installation to submit to your insurance carrier. 24-Hour Emergency Service24-hours a day, 365 days a year (including weekends and holidays), our field technicians are on-call to provide you with professional, courteous service. 24-Hour Customer Support24-hours a day, 365 days a year (including weekends and holidays), our customer service representatives are here to answer your call. Background ScreeningAll of our employees undergo a series of drug tests and background checks before they are hired. All of our employees are registered with the State of California and licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs. Employee StandardsEvery All-Guard employee is held to high standards in integrity, honesty and ethics to ensure that our customers receive quality customer service. Continuing EducationAll-Guard requires that our technical, monitoring center and sales staff receive comprehensive training before and during their employment at All-Guard. Classroom and on the job training is completed in both technical and customer service disciplines and our employees are always updated and educated on current product offerings. |
