90-Day Satisfaction
All-Guard takes great pride in delivering reliable products, unmatched customer service and expert craftsmanship in every installation. If you are not satisfied with your All-Guard business security system during the first 90-days after purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the system.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
After every installation and service appointment, All-Guard surveys our customers to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. If a customer is not fully satisfied we will do everything reasonable possible to remedy their concerns.
One-Year Warranty
For one year after All-Guard installs your business security system, we will repair and service your security system due to normal wear and tear (excluding battery replacement) at no charge to you. Service appointments will be schedule during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
Insurance Certificates
Many insurance companies offer premium discounts after the installation of a monitored business security and/or fire system. Upon your request, All-Guard will provide you with a Certificate of Installation to submit to your insurance carrier.

24-hours a day, 365 days a year (including weekends and holidays), our field technicians are on-call to provide you with professional, courteous service.

Background Screening
All of our employees undergo a series of drug tests and background checks before they are hired. All of our employees are registered with the State of California and licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Continuing Education
All-Guard requires that our technical, monitoring center and sales staff receive comprehensive training before and during their employment at All-Guard.
