Our History
Since 1952, All-Guard has been protecting homes, families, businesses, government buildings and schools from the threat of intrusion and fire. Established by the Cooke family in 1952, All-Guard has grown to be one of the largest independently owned and operated alarm companies in California. Today, All-Guard protects more than 15,000 commercial and residential customers – from Fortune 500 companies to the schools, homes and families in your community.

1979

Al-Guard's second generation went to work for the company. |

All-Guard became a corporation.

| 1981 |
All-Guard moved its office to Hayward, California.

| 1983 |
All-Guard started to build a new 15,000 square foot campus in Hayward, CA which included a UL approved monitoring center.

All-Guard made "Security Dealer Magazine’s" list of the Top 100 Alarm Companies in the Unites States. With the exception of 1994, All-Guard has been on the list every year since. Currently we are ranked #45. |
| 1998 |
All-Guard became a First Alert Authorized Dealer. |
| 2002 |
December-All-Guard’s third generation started working for the family business. |
| 2002 |
April-All-Guard became Better Business Bureau (BBB) Approved. Currently All-Guard has an A+ rating. |

All-Guard expanded and added a second building to our campus. |
| 2009 |
May-All-Guard added a virtual receiver to our monitoring center. We
continuously add new technology to our monitoring center to better serve
our customers. |

August-All-Guard launched All-Guard Connect, your connection to your security system from anywhere in the world. |

December-All-Guard acquired Binkley Alarm and opened a branch office in
Santa Rosa, California to better serve our North Bay customers. The
Santa Rosa office currently operates under the name Binkley All-Guard. |
| 2010 |
March-All-Guard launched All-Vision – the future of security systems –
which allows for enhanced video monitoring, verification and dispatch. |

December-All-Guard launched our new and improved website to better serve existing and potential customers.
