WarrantiesDuring the first year of owning your All-Guard business security system, our warranty extends to all parts and labor for repair and service due to normal wear and tear, excluding battery replacement. Service appointments will be scheduled during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday-Saturday, excluding company holidays. ServicePremium ServiceAll-Guard will provide repair service for your business security system including all parts and labor. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after All-Guard receives your service request. All-Guard’s premium service extends to all parts and labor for repair and service due to normal wear and tear, excluding battery replacement.* Standard ServiceAll-Guard will provide repair service for your business security system including all parts and labor. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after All-Guard receives your service request, except service hours shall only be during All-Guard’s normal business hours. Emergency service is available at other times at All-Guard’s prevailing premium service rates.* Time and Material ServiceIf you choose to not purchase a service plan, All-Guard will charge for service appointments based on prevailing material and labor rates. All-Guard will provide repair service for your business security system including all parts and labor. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after All-Guard receives your service request, except service hours shall only be during All-Guard’s normal business hours. Emergency service is available at other times at All-Guard’s prevailing premium service rates. Fire Alarm/Sprinkler System TestingAll-Guard tests and inspects fire alarm and sprinkler systems. All-Guard will test and inspect your system based on the schedule set up in our agreement. Inspections and tests will only be performed during All-Guard’s normal business hours. *Additional service agreement required for premium and standard service plans. |
