WarrantiesDuring the first year of owning your All-Guard home security system, our warranty extends to all parts and labor for repair and service, due to normal wear and tear, excluding battery replacement. Service appointments will be scheduled during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday-Saturday, excluding company holidays. ServicePremium ServiceAll-Guard will provide repair service for your home security system including all parts and labor. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after All-Guard receives your service request. All-Guard’s premium service extends to all parts and labor for repair and service due to normal wear and tear, excluding battery replacement.* Standard ServiceAll-Guard will provide repair service for your home security system including all parts and labor. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after All-Guard receives your service request, except service hours shall only be during All-Guard’s normal business hours. Emergency service is available at other times at All-Guard’s prevailing premium service rates.*
