and operate a comprehensive, quality-driven monitoring center, serving
our customers 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days a year.
From our secure, UL listed, access controlled campus
facility in Hayward, California,
All-Guard’s monitoring center is here
for you, your family, your business, your school,
and your property. Your
phone calls will be answered promptly – usually within two rings –
and
never by voice mail.
Our professional operators are CSAA (Central Station
Alarm Association) Five Star certified,
finger printed and bonded.
Before they answer your calls they complete a rigorous 6-week
training
program and continue to receive updated training and instruction on a
regular basis.
