Upon receiving your first panic alarm signal, a technician central station dispatcher will immediately contact the proper emergency authorities.
In addition to the panic buttons that come on your keypad, panic buttons are available to place in the key areas of your home, including your kitchen, bedrooms, and closets. Panic buttons come on our wireless key fobs, and can also be worn as pendants.

A Duress Code – Silent Call for Help
As an All-Guard customer, in addition to asset protection services in your Bay Area home, you also have the option to add duress codes to your security system.
A duress code would be used in a situation where someone follows you into your home and forces you to turn your panic alarm off.
Entering your pre-assigned duress code will make it look like you have turned off your panic alarm and it will also stop the siren from ringing. It will also send a silent signal to our monitoring center that we need to call and dispatch the police as quickly as possible. We will not call your home when you enter a duress code.
